About Miles Charters
A Phoenix company that arranges ground transportation, at a fixed price per vehicle.
Who we are
Who Miles Charters is
Miles Charters is a ground transportation company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We arrange airport transfers, black car service, limousines, party buses and charter buses for travelers in Mexico, the United States and Europe.
How it works
You book and pay with Miles Charters, and we are your contact from the quote to the drop-off. Licensed local operators drive the trips. If we cannot cover a route, we tell you so rather than take the booking.
What we standardize
Wherever the trip is, the shape of the booking is the same.
- One price covers the whole vehicle, not a seat in it, for everyone and their luggage that fit.
- Airport pickups are met outside the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name, at the spot named on your confirmation.
- Inbound flights are tracked, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing cost nothing.
- Canceling is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time.
- Tolls sit inside the quoted price, and a child seat costs nothing if you ask at the time of booking.
Getting in touch
Quotes come back by email after you send the trip details, and a phone call reaches someone who can change a booking rather than a queue that takes a message. The number is (833) 888-7656 and the address is contact@milescharters.com.
Contact covers changes and cancellations in more detail.
