Charter Bus Rental

Sprinters and coaches that keep a group, and its luggage, in one vehicle.

The service

Moving a group as one

Charter is for groups: a sports team to a tournament, a wedding's guests between hotel and venue, a conference delegation from the airport, a tour on a multi-day itinerary. The vehicles run from a Sprinter for a dozen to a motor coach for fifty-five, and a large group takes several on one booking.

What a charter buys is cohesion. Everyone arrives together, the luggage travels with them, and one driver has the plan.

Vehicles

The two Sprinters carry the same rates; the Coach seats two more. The coaches carry their luggage under the floor, which is why a large group with bags belongs in one.

Pricing

A transfer — the airport to a hotel, one city to another — is priced per trip on the distance, for the whole vehicle. Over 20 miles, a Sprinter Executive starts at $515 and an Executive Coach Bus at $970; a round trip is twice the one-way price.

An event or a day out is booked by the hour instead, with a 4-hour minimum, so the vehicle waits through the game or the reception.

Venues

Where a coach may stop or park at a stadium, arena or ballpark is the venue's decision, and venues publish it — or do not — on their own sites. Our city pages quote those rules with sources, and say plainly when a venue publishes none.
