What we do in Los Angeles
In Los Angeles we move groups: teams, tours, wedding parties, conference delegations, school trips, families traveling together. The vehicles are Sprinters for twelve to fourteen and coaches for forty to fifty-five, and the work is airport pickups for a whole group at once, days at the stadiums and venues, and the long runs out of the city.
A group that arrives on one flight leaves the airport in one vehicle, with its luggage, instead of a queue of cars. That is the whole of the case for a charter, and it gets stronger the bigger the group.

Pickup points
Four airports, one group pickup
Groups fly into four airports here, and any of them works as a pickup point: LAX on the coast, Hollywood Burbank (BUR) in the San Fernando Valley, Long Beach (LGB) to the south, and John Wayne (SNA) in Orange County. The right one depends on where the group is going — Burbank is as close to downtown as LAX, and John Wayne is the nearest to Disneyland.
The driver meets the group outside the arrivals exit with a sign showing the group's name, and the vehicle waits wherever the airport directs large vehicles. We track the flight, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free.

Group vehicles by the hour
Anything that is more than a single journey — a game, a concert, a day of site visits, a wedding — is booked by the hour, with a four-hour minimum. The vehicle stays with the group and waits between stops.

Traffic
Free-flow times, and the freeways at rush hour
Every time on these pages is free-flow. TomTom's 2025 Traffic Index puts the average speed in Los Angeles's rush hour at 27.6 km/h, with a 10 km drive taking 15 min 30 s on average — so a group timed to a kickoff or a curtain needs a margin the free-flow figure does not show.
We plan group pickups backward from the event or the flight with that in mind. The price, fixed when you book, does not move with the traffic.
Events
Stadiums, arenas and the Bowl
The venues set their own rules for buses and large vehicles, and they differ: SoFi Stadium has dedicated oversized-vehicle lots with passes, Crypto.com Arena asks for arrangements ten days ahead, Dodger Stadium sends large vehicles to one lot, and the Hollywood Bowl publishes no rules for charter buses at all. From LAX, SoFi Stadium is 5.2 miles away; from Burbank, the Hollywood Bowl is 7.3.

What we need for a group
The group size and the luggage, every flight number if the group is flying in, the pickup and drop-off addresses, and for an event, the venue and the start time.
Tolls are included in the quoted price. Tips are not included and are at your discretion. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
