Group work in Miami
Miami is a group city. Cruise parties fly in to sail, teams and fans come for the Dolphins, the HEAT and the Marlins, conferences and weddings bring delegations and guest lists, and a Keys trip is best done as one vehicle rather than a convoy. That is the work we do here: Sprinters for a dozen or so, coaches for forty to fifty-five.
One vehicle keeps a group and its luggage together from the airport exit to the hotel, the ship or the stadium, and the price per person falls as the seats fill.

Pickup points
MIA and FLL as group pickup points
Groups land at two airports: Miami International (MIA), 7 miles from downtown, and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International (FLL), 24 miles to the north. MIA is the nearer to everything in Miami; FLL is often where the fares are, and the extra distance is a fixed part of the quote.
Look for the group's name on a sign just past the arrivals doors; the driver walks everyone across to wherever the airport has the Sprinter or coach waiting. Flights are followed, and the first hour after the wheels touch down costs nothing.

PortMiami
Cruise groups to PortMiami
PortMiami is 9.6 miles or less from MIA and up to 26.6 from FLL, depending on the terminal. For a cruise party the transfer is timed to the ship's boarding window rather than to a hotel check-in, and the luggage is a week's worth for every passenger.

Holding a vehicle for the day
A game at Hard Rock Stadium, an evening at the arena, a wedding in Coral Gables or a day of site visits is priced on time rather than miles: the vehicle is held, the driver waits, and the minimum is four hours. Game days and weddings usually run five hours or more.

Events
The stadium, the arena and the ballpark
The three big venues publish different things for groups: Kaseya Center names a bus drop-off, loanDepot park names a bus parking area, and Hard Rock Stadium publishes nothing for charter buses. The charter bus page sets out each venue's own rules, with sources. From MIA, loanDepot park is 5.1 miles and Hard Rock Stadium 13.9.
Traffic
Free-flow times, and the rush hour
The times here are free-flow. TomTom's 2025 Traffic Index puts Miami's average rush-hour speed at 27.4 km/h, with a 10 km drive averaging 17 min 45 s. For a ship's boarding window or a kickoff, we plan the pickup from the deadline backward with that in mind; the price stays fixed.

What we need for a group
How many are traveling and how many bags, the flights, where to collect and where to go. For a sailing: the ship, its terminal and the boarding time printed on the cruise documents. For an event: the venue and the start.
Any road toll — the Dolphin Expressway, the Turnpike — is already in the figure. Tip as you see fit; a cancellation made more than a day out is free.
