Two venues set the calendar
Most group work in Eugene is built around two University of Oregon venues. Autzen Stadium, home of Oregon football, fills the town on autumn Saturdays. Hayward Field, the university's track and field stadium, hosts meets from college level to international, mostly in spring and summer.
The groups are alumni and supporters' clubs, visiting fans, families following an athlete, teams and their staff, and companies hosting guests. What they share is a need to move a lot of people to one gate at one time, and back again afterward.
All of it is booked by the hour with a 4-hour minimum, because the vehicle is held for the event rather than making one journey.

Autzen
The rules for Autzen come from Oregon Athletics, on its game-day parking page, and they are strict. Reserved car and RV parking there is by season pass only, allocated through the athletic fund's priority points. In UO's own words, "all lots are reserved", except day-of-game accessible parking.
The lots open six hours before kickoff, never before 7:00 AM, and UO says "a reserved parking pass is required for entry." Accessible parking is through Entry 5, costs $40 per game, needs a DMV-issued placard or plate, and is first-come, first-served.
For a group without passes, that settles it: the realistic way to Autzen is to be dropped off and picked up, not to park.

What is not published
UO's current game-day parking page says nothing about charter buses, coach parking or passenger drop-off points, at Autzen or at Hayward Field. We have not found any other official UO source that does.
So we do not print a drop-off point here, because we would be making one up. On the day, the driver follows the traffic control around the venue, and before the event we confirm with you where the group will meet the vehicle afterward.

Hayward Field
Hayward Field is on the east side of campus, a short hop from downtown. For track meets, UO's parking page says campus parking around Hayward Field and Jane Sanders Stadium is available "on a first-come, first-served basis."
First-come, first-served on a big meet day means circling for a space with everyone else. A group vehicle avoids that: it drops at the stadium and returns at the agreed time.
Meets often run across several days, with sessions morning and evening. Book each day on its own, sized to the sessions you are attending, rather than holding a vehicle through the gaps.

A game day is rarely four hours. Arriving before kickoff, the game itself and the slow exit afterward usually add up to more, so the table prices the group vehicles at the lengths such days actually run.

Game day
On a normal day nothing in Eugene is far apart. Autzen is 1.9 miles from downtown and Hayward Field 1.6. On a football Saturday the distance stops mattering: Autzen is across the Willamette from campus and downtown, and the crowd has to cross the river twice.
That is the reason to book by the hour rather than by the journey. The vehicle waits through the game and leaves when the group is ready, instead of a new car being sent into the traffic afterward.

A game-day booking includes the vehicle, the driver and fuel for its hours. Tipping is up to the team, and cancellation is free until a day before.
