Alcohol is not something we supply, and what a group may bring aboard depends on the vehicle and on Texas law. Ask about the specific vehicle when you book — the answer differs between a Sprinter and a coach.
A driver will not park where the vehicle cannot legally wait, which in practice shapes where the group is set down at a church or a hall. Naming both venues in advance lets us sort that out before the day rather than on it.
Running over is common and usually fixable if the vehicle has no booking behind it. Agreed in advance it is cheaper, so when the schedule is uncertain the longer block is the safer purchase.
