Four venues, four sets of rules
Most charter work in Los Angeles is built around four venues: SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Crypto.com Arena downtown, Dodger Stadium above Chinatown, and the Hollywood Bowl in the hills above Hollywood. Each one publishes its own rules for buses and large vehicles, and they are not the same.
What follows is only what each venue says on its own site. Where a venue publishes nothing about charter buses, we say so, and plan the drop-off with you rather than guess.

SoFi Stadium
SoFi Stadium: oversized-vehicle lots, by pass
SoFi Stadium treats as oversized any vehicle with seating for 16 or more people — which takes in every coach we run. For NFL games, oversized vehicles go to Lot P in the Pink Zone, with a Pink Zone – Oversized Vehicle pass; the stadium says vehicles without a pass will be directed to leave. For other events, they go to the Red Zone, with a Red Zone – Oversized Vehicle Only pass, entering from Century Blvd onto Yukon Ave.
So a coach for a game at SoFi needs its pass arranged before the day. Tell us the event when you book, and whether you hold the pass or want us to plan around it.
SoFi Stadium, per its own site

Crypto.com Arena: ten days' notice
Crypto.com Arena says space for oversized vehicles, buses included, is very limited, and arrangements should be made 10 days before the event. That is the one rule it publishes for buses, and it is the one to act on: a group coach for a game or concert downtown should be arranged with the arena well ahead of the day.
Book the vehicle as early as you have the tickets, so the ten-day window is not the first thing to slip.
Dodger Stadium
Dodger Stadium: Lot 12 for large vehicles
Dodger Stadium sends all oversized vehicles — any vehicle that does not fit a standard parking space — to Lot 12, with Sunset Gate A on Vin Scully Avenue the recommended entrance. The stadium charges oversized parking separately from cars and says its prices may vary, so we do not print a figure here.
For a group, that settles the plan: the coach enters at Sunset Gate A, parks in Lot 12, and the group walks in from there. Tell us the game, and whether the group wants to leave at the final out or stay to the end, so the booking covers it.
Hollywood Bowl
Hollywood Bowl: no published charter-bus rules
The Hollywood Bowl publishes no rules for charter buses. What it does publish: rideshare drop-off and pick-up are in Lot C (Purple), at 6655 Odin St., and its parking is stacked, extremely limited and may sell out, so early exits are not allowed. It also suggests arriving at least 90 minutes before the performance.
Because none of that is written for a coach, we do not assume a coach may use the rideshare lot. Tell us the show, and we will confirm where a group vehicle can set down before we promise a drop-off point.

Charter work is priced by the hour, with a four-hour minimum, and a stadium night usually runs longer than four hours door to door. The table prices the group vehicles at the lengths such nights actually run.

Timing
Getting there before the doors
TomTom's 2025 Traffic Index puts the average speed in Los Angeles's rush hour at 27.6 km/h, and weeknight games and concerts start squarely in it. We set the pickup back from the start time with that in mind, and add the venue's own advice where it gives one.
After the event, the vehicle waits where the venue puts it and leaves when the group is together. On an hourly booking that costs nothing extra beyond the hours.

The date, the venue and the start time, the pickup address, the size of the group, and whether you already hold a parking pass for a large vehicle.
The vehicle, the driver and the fuel for the hours booked are included. Venue parking fees and tips are not. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
