The groups that come to Cabo for a last weekend tend to split their time the same way: a boat during the day out of the marina, a long dinner, then the bar strip in San Lucas until late, with the group sleeping somewhere on the Corridor or in San José.
That last detail is what makes a vehicle worth booking. The nightlife is at the tip of the peninsula and most of the beds are not, so every night ends with a drive back along MEX 1 at an hour when a group of twelve does not fit in one taxi and does not want to wait for four.

San Lucas nightlife sits in a small area: the streets behind the marina and the stretch toward Medano Beach, the calm bay-side beach lined with beach clubs that fill in the afternoon. Cabo Wabo and El Squid Roe are the landmarks most groups have heard of before they arrive.
It is compact enough to walk once you are there, and awkward enough to reach that nobody wants to drive themselves. Drop-offs happen at the nearest point a vehicle can stop, which on a busy night is a short walk from the door.
Boat days leave from the same marina, which makes it the natural place to start: pickup at the resort in the morning, the boat, back to the hotel, then out again at night.

A Cabo night out is quoted by the hour, with 4 hours as the smallest booking. For a group staying on the Corridor, the drive in and out of San Lucas is inside those hours, so count it when deciding how long to book.
A group at the far San José end usually books five or six hours rather than four for exactly that reason.

Matching the vehicle to the group
The common bachelorette group on the cape is eight to fourteen people, which is Sprinter territory. Bachelor groups run a little smaller and a little later. Above twenty, a party bus or a coach keeps everyone in one vehicle rather than two that arrive at different times.
Size up rather than down for a night that ends at the bar strip. Nobody is getting any smaller by two in the morning, and a vehicle chosen for the seat count at dinner is tight on the way home.

Alcohol is not something we supply. What a group may bring aboard depends on the vehicle and on local rules, which are not the same as at home — ask when you book and we will tell you what applies to the vehicle you are hiring.
The driver sets the group down where a vehicle may legally stop, which near the marina on a busy night is rarely the door. That is a feature of the town, not the service.
