The drive
MEX to Polanco on the Circuito Interior
Polanco is 10.7 miles from Terminal 1 and 12 from Terminal 2, about 20 min with the roads clear. It is one of the few transfers in the city where Terminal 1 is the nearer of the two.
The route is almost entirely the Circuito Interior, the ring road around the inner city. From the airport it runs west along Río Consulado, past the northern edge of the center, and around to Melchor Ocampo, where it drops into Polanco's streets.
It is the natural line and the one the driver takes when it is moving. When it is not, the price stays exactly as quoted.

What a Polanco transfer costs
The table is priced from Terminal 2, the farther of the two for Polanco, so a Terminal 1 arrival is never quoted above it. One price covers the whole vehicle.

Polanco
Polanco, by section
Polanco sits north of Chapultepec Park, and it is not one neighborhood so much as several. Addresses carry a section number — Polanco I Sección through V Sección, plus Nuevo Polanco to the west — and the sections are far enough apart that the number matters.
Send the full address with its section and the nearest cross street. Avenida Presidente Masaryk, the district's main shopping street, runs through the middle; many of the others in Polanco carry the names of writers and philosophers and several run one way, so the approach to a hotel door is not always the obvious one; the cross street lets the driver plan it.

Polanco or Anzures?
The one hotel near here in our completed bookings is the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec — and it is in Anzures, not Polanco, on Calzada General Mariano Escobedo at the edge of the two. It is a common mix-up: hotels along that edge are often described as being in Polanco.
It makes no difference to the transfer as long as we have the street address. It is worth knowing if you are comparing distances, because Anzures is a little nearer the center.
Terminals
Which terminal you land at
MEX has two terminals, and for Polanco they differ by 1.3 miles. On the airport operator's flight board, Aeroméxico and Delta used Terminal 2 and the other airlines Terminal 1 — the MEX page has the full list and where you come out in each.

Chapultepec on the doorstep
Polanco's southern edge is Chapultepec Park, the city's great park, and along Paseo de la Reforma at the park's edge is the National Museum of Anthropology. For a visitor staying in Polanco, much of the city's best-known sightseeing is a short ride away, and some of it is a walk.
The same driver who brings you in from the airport can be booked by the hour for a day in the city — the museum, the Centro Histórico, dinner in Roma — with a four-hour minimum and the clock running from pickup to drop-off.

Polanco from AIFA
If your flight lands at AIFA rather than MEX, Polanco is 27.9 miles away instead of 12, on the México–Pachuca toll highway and Insurgentes Norte, and the transfer is priced on that distance. The AIFA page has the full grid.
Traffic
The Circuito Interior at rush hour
The free-flow time assumes an empty ring road, and the Circuito Interior is one of the city's busiest. TomTom's 2025 Traffic Index gives Mexico City an average rush-hour speed of 13.5 km/h; on this transfer that can turn twenty minutes into well over an hour.
For an arrival, nothing is lost — the price is fixed and the driver simply takes the time the road takes. For a departure, we set the pickup with that range in mind.

Polanco to MEX for a flight
The airport asks for 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one. Add the drive, with the traffic, and the pickup time follows. Tell us the flight and the terminal and we will suggest it.
Round trip
Booking the return at the same time
A round trip is twice the one-way price, with the return pickup set from your departure flight rather than a time we guess. Booking both legs together means the departure day is already arranged — useful in a city where finding a car at short notice at the wrong hour takes longer than the drive itself.

Business trips and teams
On a business trip the airport run is often only the first job. A driver held by the hour for a day of meetings — Polanco, Reforma, Santa Fe — is priced on the hourly rate with a four-hour minimum, and saves hailing a car between every stop.
