Three venues, and what each one publishes
Group charter work in Miami centers on three venues: Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, home of the Dolphins; Kaseya Center downtown on Biscayne Bay, home of the HEAT; and loanDepot park in Little Havana, home of the Marlins.
What each one says about buses is different, and this page carries only what the venue itself publishes. Where a venue says nothing about charter buses, we say so and plan the drop-off with you.

Kaseya Center
Kaseya Center: a named bus drop-off
Kaseya Center is the one venue here that names a bus drop-off: Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, on the north side of the arena next to the box office windows. Rideshare goes elsewhere, to the corner of Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd, entering by Gate 6.
So a group coach for a HEAT game or a concert sets down at Gate 3, and we agree the pickup point for the end of the night before the group goes in.

loanDepot park
loanDepot park: bus parking, bought ahead
The Marlins publish a bus parking area at loanDepot park: NW 5th St. between 16th and 17th Ave., along the north side of West Lot 3 (1680 NW 5th Street). They say bus parking should be bought in advance, and that its rates are dynamically priced, so we do not print a figure.
Rideshare pickups are separate, at East Lot 1, at 1380 NW 6th Street. For a coach, the plan is the bus lot: book the parking with the tickets, and tell us whether the group leaves at the final out.
Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium: no published charter-bus rules
Hard Rock Stadium, at 347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, publishes no rules for charter buses on its parking and A–Z pages. What it does publish is for other traffic: rideshare pickup is at Lot 44, which the stadium puts at about a 25-minute walk, and the stadium warns of long waits for rideshare after the game.
A rideshare lot a 25-minute walk out is not a plan for a coachload of fans, and the stadium has not said a coach may use it. So for Miami Gardens we settle the set-down and the waiting point with you, event by event, before quoting a drop-off.

A Dolphins game in Miami Gardens, with the drive up from the city, tailgating time and the slow exit, runs well past the four-hour minimum; a HEAT game downtown is shorter. The table prices a Sprinter and a coach at the lengths those nights actually take.

Timing
Before the doors, and after the final whistle
TomTom's 2025 Traffic Index puts Miami's average rush-hour speed at 27.4 km/h, and evening games start in it. We set the pickup back from the start time with that in mind. Hard Rock Stadium is 13.9 miles from MIA, in Miami Gardens north of the city; the arena and the ballpark are close to downtown.
When it is over, the group walks to wherever the coach was parked — Gate 3's side of the arena, the bus lot by the ballpark — and the vehicle moves once everyone is aboard. The hours already cover that wait.
