You hire the bus and its driver for a block of time — 4 hours or more — and the group decides the order of the stops as the night goes.

What a Miami party bus costs
The rate card has a 20-seat bus at $245 an hour and a 25-seat bus at $285. A five-hour evening on the smaller one is $1,225 for the bus, not for each rider.

Where
From South Beach, Brickell and Wynwood are each about 6.0 miles over the MacArthur Causeway, a quarter of an hour without traffic. On the mainland side the stops close up: Wynwood to Kaseya Center is 2.0 miles, Brickell to the arena 1.4.
The causeway is the part that slows on a busy night. TomTom's 2025 Traffic Index gives Miami a rush-hour average of 27.4 km/h, so a plan that crosses the bay more than once needs room in the hours.

Game nights
Kaseya Center names its bus drop-off: Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, on the north side of the arena next to the box office windows.
At loanDepot park, bus parking is on NW 5th St. between 16th and 17th Ave., along the north side of West Lot 3 (1680 NW 5th Street), and it is bought ahead.
Hard Rock Stadium publishes no charter-bus rules; its rideshare area is Lot 44, which the stadium puts at about a 25-minute walk. Tell us the event when you book and the drop-off is settled before the night.
Booking
Send the date, the head count, the first pickup and the plan for the night. We do not supply alcohol; ask when you book what may come aboard the bus you are hiring.
It can be canceled free until 24 hours before the first pickup. Inside 24 hours there is no refund.
